Join this group for a fun and challenging ride in our indoor cycling room, where you ride to music. The instructor will lead you though the streets of New Brighton along the foreshore in time trials, and interval training then out to the Southern Alps climbing up and though the mountain peaks, sweat and burn the calories away.
Class duration: 50 minutes
- Increase your cardiovascular fitness

- Tone and shape your legs, hips, and butt
- Increase leg strength and muscular endurance
Please arrive early allow sufficient time to set your bike up.
Collect a booking tag from Reception for your class. You are required to bring a towel and drink bottle to each class.
