Supervised Play Area:
It can be hard to make time to look after your health and fitness when you have small children at home. At Shoreline Fitness we have a fun supervised play area – so your kids can safely enjoy themselves while you exercise. This service is available FREE with all Shoreline memberships.
The play area is available for member’s children under 5 years of age. Open Monday to Friday from 9am – 10.30am.

Group Exercise Classes:
Have fun and reach your fitness goals in our Group Exercise classes. You don’t need to be coordinated to attend – most classes are easy to follow and will actually help to develop your coordination. There’s also no need to feel self conscious about your clothes or your body. The classes attract and cater for a range of body types, and you will find that loose comfortable clothing is the norm here at Shoreline. A wide range of classes such as Indoor Cycling, Pump, Boot Camp, HIIT, B.A.T and Zumba offer a variety of ways to burn fat, increase muscle tone and strength, develop cardiovascular fitness and improve coordination, endurance and flexibility. Classes are open to members and non-members (a casual fee applies for non-members).
